Mark Boivin

MARK BOIVIN is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Warwick, Rhode Island office and is a member of the Litigation & Insurance Services Practice Group.

Mr. Boivin is a trial lawyer with nearly twenty years of legal experience. His practice focuses on advocacy, advice, and litigation defense for clients seeking solutions to problems arising from commercial contracts, provision of healthcare, products liability, and disputes among businesses, individuals, and governmental agencies.

He is a former corporate attorney, prosecutor, and plaintiff’s attorney. Before joining ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app, Mark was part of the litigation team at a nationwide firm headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, where he concentrated on environmental law, toxic torts, and product liability defense. He also brings real-world experience as a retired member of the U.S. Coast Guard and former general counsel to a global environmental service company in the oil and gas industry. As a member of the litigation team, he stands ready to provide corporate clients with effective representation.

In his spare time, Mark is a volunteer coach for the Rhode Island Special Olympics Snowboard Team and a competitive sailor in the Newport, Rhode Island area.
