Our law firm seeks the best legal talent available, whether it's "home grown," or through the addition of qualified professionals who join us from other firms, or who have been sole practitioners.

Judicial clerkships provide a unique opportunity for new attorneys to gain valuable legal experience, and we encourage our summer associates to seek those positions.

Attracting and retaining administrative staff members who share our core values of integrity, fairness, and collegiality is critical to our continued success.

We maintain high standards in recruitment; seeking law students from diverse backgrounds with superior leadership skills, commitment to their communities, and the ability to work effectively with all members of our team.

At ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app, we understand that each person plays a critical role in the overall success of our Firm.  As a result, we place great emphasis on creating a supportive work environment that fosters both the professional and personal development of all employees.

We believe that people who look forward to coming to work are dedicated to providing great service. Our experience is that clients respect this philosophy and value our work ethic.
