Ms. Bracuti鈥檚 experience also includes guardianship proceedings and administration, special needs trusts, family business succession planning, charitable planning, name change proceedings, and premarital agreements. Ms. Bracuti鈥檚 clients include high-net-worth individuals, individual and corporate trustees and executors, and estate and trust beneficiaries.
Ms. Bracuti is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Morris County Bar Association and the American Bar Association, where she is also a Fellow. She currently serves as the Co-CFO on the Executive Board of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association, and she is a member of the National Association of Women Lawyers. She is also a member of The Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey.
Ms. Bracuti is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a former Law Clerk to the late Honorable Peter B. Cooper, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County, Chancery Division, Probate Part.
Ms. Bracuti received her Bachelor of Arts from Montclair State University, and she received her Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law.
