ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal with 2+ years of experience handling serious personal injury litigation (for both plaintiffs and defendants), products’ liability defense, complex construction cases and general civil matters for the Firm’s Philadelphia, PA office. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and federal court filing rules and procedures.

Experience with subpoena practice is preferred, including preparing, arranging, and ensuring service of subpoenas in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and other jurisdictions, as well as domestication of foreign state subpoenas where required.

The successful candidate will support attorneys in managing high-volume caseloads and will assist with requesting and organizing medical records, drafting pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence. Salary range for this position: $60,000 - $70,000.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize high volume of matters;
• Manage and calendar litigation deadlines;
• Interact with clients and other external parties;
• File documents with courts; and
• Perform administrative tasks as requested.

Qualifications:

• Paralegal Certificate required;
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent preferred;
• Familiarity with Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey state and federal courts filing rules and procedures;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills; and
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
