ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app is seeking attorneys with a minimum of 2 years of experience handling construction and construction-related matters for the Firm’s Tampa, Florida office. Bar admission in Florida is required. The attorney would be part of the Firm’s nationally recognized Construction and Surety Group, which has a diverse practice in contract claims, transactions, arbitration, and litigation in state and federal jurisdictions.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and clients on litigation issues;
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and manage discovery;
Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions; and
Engage in courtroom advocacy and motion practice.
Qualifications:
JD from an ABA accredited law school;
Admission to the Florida Bar;
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and
Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively in a team environment.
